While F&TJ’s Bloody Mary Mix is itself a non-alcoholic mixer, it is intended to be combined with alcoholic spirits, and you assume responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction concerning the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.

You may not use our products or this website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of our products or this site.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We work to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors, packaging details, or product appearance shown on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our site, you confirm that all information you provide—including billing, shipping, and contact details—is current, complete, and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in violation of these Terms, or contain pricing or product errors.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within one week (5–7 business days) from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times after dispatch are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. F&TJ’s Gourmet Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us at info@ftjsbloodymarymix.com.

6. Returns & Refunds

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from how it is described on this site, you may request an exchange or refund within five (5) days of the order arriving at the address indicated on your order.

To start a return, contact our team at info@ftjsbloodymarymix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected product. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged through misuse, opened and partially consumed without a defect being reported, or stored outside reasonable conditions.

7. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photographs, recipes, or any other content to us—whether through our website, email, social media, or another channel—you grant F&TJ’s Gourmet Kitchen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute that content in any medium.
